Time: 8:00 PM Contact: Geoffrey Smith, Organist and Choirmaster Laurel Masse has been called "one of the two or three best female jazz singers this side of Sarah and Ella" (Chicago Sun-Times). A founding member of the Manhattan Transfer, Laurel toured internationally for seven years, recording four albums certi-fied gold and platinum. She has recorded several jazz albums as well as "Feather and Bone" a vocal meditation on the Divine described by The Absolute Sound Magazine as "a recording of extraordinary musical and sonic value." Tickets for each event are $20. A season subscription is $75. A portion of the proceeds from this year s Concert Series will be given to the St. John s Fund, a fund established and sustained by the Church but administered by the town of Washington.
